Thousand Lakes premium grade wild rice is harvested in Minnesota and is 100 natural. The only ingredient is wild rice No preservatives salt or other rices added. Three-eighths of an inch (38) long grain. Expands almost 3 times when cooked. Use 1 cup (about 0.4 pounds) of uncooked Minnesota wild rice to make 4 generous portions.
